hrough creative organization of youths and adults and often in alliance with community partners, the WE CAN Community Institute develops a multi-disciplinary range of inter-connected programs, projects, and products that touch and train individuals, families, and seniors. All Community Institute undertakings are intended to foster: Literacy, Education, the Arts, Communication, Creativity, Problem-Solving, and Community-Building, by using different forms of technology and media for presentation, publication, and dissemination. The Institute emphasizes works in low-income, and under-served urban communities, and particularly those with limited-to-no access to computers in schools or homes.
